	Complaints


	We all do our best to give a courteous and sensitive service to patients but on occasions things do go wrong. If you have any cause for complaint please contact our practice manager, Mrs Sallie Stead, using any of the contact methods above.


	Feedback / Suggestions Similarly please contact us if you have any suggestions on how we might improve our services. We also have a suggestion box in our waiting room for your comments (which can be anonymous if you prefer). As part of our ongoing drive to improve services we often ask patients to complete information forms or questionnaires. We greatly appreciate your help with these. We also also produce a monthly newsletter which appears in the community and in local parish magazines in the surrounding villages.
