We conduct private insurance medicals, employment medicals and other medical examinations. We are happy to complete forms for mortgage applications, holiday insurance etc but must give priority to NHS work so please allow up to 21 days for such forms to be completed.
We make a charge for non-NHS work (as do all doctors). Charges are displayed in our waiting room or can be downloaded below and payment is required upon collection of the completed form.
