We are pleased to finally be able to announce that Imp Healthcare Primary Care Network (the local Network of 9 practices of which we are a part) will be receiving our first delivery of coronavirus vaccines at the weekend.
Vaccines will be delivered from the Lincolnshire Showground BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
The practice is starting to telephone patients that are in the highest priority cohort (the high risk over 80s) to invite them to make an appointment in the first instance.
PLEASE BE PATIENT AND WAIT FOR US TO RING YOU. We are only able to call patients in cohort order, ringing and enquiring ties up telephone lines and delays us calling you.
Thank you for your co-operation.

For patients that collect their medication from our Dispensary:
With effect from Monday 15th June 2020 the practice will only deliver medication to those patients that used to receive deliveries pre-COVID. The only exception to this will be patients who are currently deemed as high risk. If you are experiencing difficulty collecting your prescriptions please contact Dispensary.
The out of hours centre may be contacted in an emergency (although if there is a life threatening emergency please dial 999 for an ambulance). Please dial the surgery number and follow the options. The out of hours centre is situated next to Accident & Emergency at Lincoln County Hospital on Greetwell Road.
Alternatively patients may dial 111 direct for urgent but non life threatening emergencies out of hours.
Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
TO OBTAIN URGENT MEDICATIONS WHEN THE SURGERY IS CLOSED – PLEASE DIAL 111.
Extended hours appointments are for pre-bookable non-urgent appointments. Examples of these include chronic illness, asthma checks and medicines reviews.
The service is being delivered by a federation of GP practices in the area. If a patient wishes to attend an extended hours appointment, they may need to travel to another local GP practice and may not necessarily see their own GP.
In our locality, appointments are available between 6.30pm and 8pm Monday to Friday and on Saturday and Sunday mornings. There are also a number of additional appointments being made available during core hours (8.00am to 6.30pm Monday – Friday)
